Standard Remuneration

Our all-inclusive fixed fee is £1,500, which covers standard marketing and sales progression through to completion.

This fee does not include the cost of:

• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• Floor Plans

We can arrange for an EPC in line with current legislation. Payment for the EPC and Floor Plans is arranged directly between you and the provider.
